Yoga can be accessible for all! You do not need to be a certain shape or size. Every body is a yoga body.

Yoga is beneficial to the whole body and helps the mind to slow down. It is a mind-body practice. Yoga aims to balance the body, increasing overall strength, stamina and flexibility, while enabling the mind to calm and still.

Yoga

I offer a weekly yoga class in my local community that is suitable for all abilities. The focus is on learning yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

I also offer a 6 week Yoga for Well-being course in the local community that can be adapted to suit specific group needs. I am currently working with Ponthafren, a mental health charity to deliver a course to their members.

Pregnancy and postnatal yoga

I offer an 8 week online yoga for pregnancy course, this includes as 30 minute individual 1:1 session before and after the course. The course teaches yoga postures that are safe and beneficial throughout pregnancy and includes mindfulness practices to support your well-being as a mother.

1:1 Yoga

I offer individual yoga teaching that can be online or in person. This is a good option if you want to develop your own yoga practice and are not able to attend a regular class. I work with you on a tailored programme to suit your specific needs, These could be physical (particular conditions/illnesses) and/or psychological (stress/mental health).
